Cat Booker is an International Spinning® Master Instructor and SpinPower® Master Instructor. With 26 years experience working in the fitness industry crossing over with a brand marketing career, and actively working in corporate health and wellbeing.  Cat is a true brand ambassador and delivers inspiring sessions at events.

In addition to a plethora of fitness qualifications, Cat has had a dynamic decade of roles as a master trainer for other fitness brands, including program creation and industry event presentations specialising in yoga, pilates, equipment based functional training strength and conditioning.

Previously owning her own boutique fitness studio business and bespoke workout packages, her own brand community fitness business focussed on small, medium sized groups, and one to one clients with high quality coaching and biomechanics at the core. Cat has history with her own ride brand for women including bike maintenance workshops and ride projects, and a diversity of workshops around menopause, back care, heart rate training, and nutrition. Coupled with a fifteen year background in management and studio coordination for large fitness industry operators, through innovative times in the industry, Cat brings huge business and coaching depth and breadth to the team.

On and off road Cat pedals socially, in club rides and as a mountain bike leader in the Chilterns. Accomplishments include high rankings in age groups for sprint triathlon and qualified for UCI World Amateur cycling racing -Gran Fondo rides for three consecutive years. Cycling also took Cat abroad to training camps in the French Alps, where she also loves skiing, her other passion.
