Everyone knows the kettle bell is a fantastic and versatile training tool for both athlete and general exercising population. The kettle bell is used to build strength, stability, coordination conditioning and sports performance. Many of the fundamental kettle bell exercises engage, strengthen and improve the posterior chain which is of great benefit to so many people! The kettle bell however is often an unvalued tool in corrective exercise and re-hab. This workshop will take you through some of the more common kettle bell correctives - no kettle bell experience necessary.
