The rate of perceived exertion (R.P.E.) is one way to measure the intensity of exercise. Whether you teach Spinning®, or participate, find the sweet spot of intensity and be more sure you are training at the level intended. R.P.E. is investigated, and translated into words and phrases that we can use for coaching others and ourselves. Expand your verbal and mental repertoire off and on-the-bike in this session, which aims to improve your training potential and class coaching skills.
